Why use adhesive covering instead of paint?
The installation of our products generates neither dust nor odor. In addition to being very quick to install, they are easy to maintain and much more resistant to scratches and stains like coffee or red wine compared to paint. The result is also more structured and very realistic, both visually and to the touch. Our products are guaranteed for 10 years. Their appearance does not degrade over time as a painted wall would.
Are your products resistant to scratches and liquids?
Yes, most of our products offer good scratch resistance. However, the level of resistance varies from one range to another. You can find this information under the “General” tab when selecting a product in the online store. As a general rule, structured adhesive vinyls, such as those in the Wood range, are hardly affected by scratches. Our “Soft Touch” series, on the other hand, is treated with a silicone coating that makes it even more durable and scratch-resistant. All our products are splash-resistant—for example, against coffee or wine. Simply wipe them with a damp cloth to remove any marks, without leaving stains.
Can your adhesive coverings conform to all shapes?
No, our materials are not compatible with all shapes. They are generallyent installed on any flat surface. In this respect, it is not possible to conform to shapes such as those of a shaker-type cabinet. However, there are various options available, such as our cabinet door replacement service, which consists of changing your cabinet fronts at low cost to make them compatible with our products. If you have any questions, please let us know about your project.
Are your products safe for my home?
Yes, you can safely install our products. To reassure you, we have obtained eight recognized certifications, such as CE, VOC, and TCHIBO certifications, which prioritize health and safety for your home and children. Additionally, our products are fireproof, following the requirements of IMO certification.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, since we use existing materials, it avoids overproduction by industrial companies, which would otherwise lead to further pollution.
What is the warranty on installation and products?
The material is guaranteed for 10 years against natural cracks, yellowing, delamination, or discoloration (twice the warranty of our competitors). The installation done by one of our professionals is guaranteed for 1 year.
Are the adhesive vinyls resistant to moisture?
Yes, the majority of our adhesive vinyls are moisture-resistant, but depending on the application, you may need silicone for the perimeter (installation in a shower).
Do your images accurately represent the color and finish of your materials?
Despite our efforts to accurately represent our products in photos, an image can never fully capture the product. That’s why we always recommend that our customers visit a store to verify the color and texture of the desired product.
Is it possible to install your films on a countertop?
Yes, our products are designed to cover countertops (ultra-realistic imitation of natural stone, granite, marble, etc.). However, as with most original countertops, it is not recommended to place hot items, such as a pot, or to cut food directly on them.
If I want to purchase the materials and do the installation myself, is that possible?
Although we prioritize our professional installation service to ensure optimal results, it is possible to create a PRO account and order the desired materials once your request has been approved in the professional section. The materials come with an installation guide as well as the basic tools needed to complete the application.
Can I safely remove an adhesive covering from my kitchen cabinets or a wall?
It is entirely possible to remove our films safely if applied to a laminate, wood, or tile surface. However, if applied to wallpaper, paint, or drywall, for example, your original surface may be damaged.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
Once you’ve submitted your quote request, you’ll be prompted to choose a time slot for a brief discovery call to help us fully understand your project. You will then be invited to visit one of our partner stores to select your desired finish. Once your choice is made, please let us know. A personalized quote will then be sent to you within two business days.
How to maintain your products?
We recommend purchasing our maintenance products to preserve the natural shine and original finish of our products (see the shop). To clean stains, use warm water and a mild, pH-neutral soap.
What if you’re not servicing our area?
In most cases, we can put you in touch with a qualified installation partner in your area. If that’s not possible, we can send you the required materials along with an installation guide and the basic tools needed. Instructional videos are also available in our “Resources” section.
